to privacy in relation to your interations with this website.
Any information which is provided by you to Aegean Houses
via this web site will be treated in accordance with the terms
of the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003 and or such amending
or replacement legislation as my be adopted in Ireland from
time to time.
INFORMATION REQUIRED TO PROCESS YOUR BOOKING
For us to process a booking for you, we require some information
from you. This includes your name, your phone number and e-mail
address. Also, since we confirm your booking, we require your
credit card details so we can confirm your booking when you
pay your deposit.
WHY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information is collected to assist us in making
your reservation and providing the services you request, to
ensure we meet your needs while you are staying with us.
We also may use this personal information to advise you of
promotions or to inform you of offers or other information
that may be of interest to you.

No one other, than the hotel, has access to your personal
information, and no personal information, such as name, age,

Aegean Houses reserves the right in its sole descretion to amend this privacy and Security Statement at any time and you should regularly check this privacy policy for any amendments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit equivalent to two night's stay charge. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled/amended 5 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be fully refunded. In all other cases, no refund will be given.
Guests must ensure that they furnish the hotel with accurate credit card particulars. In the event that the hotel fails to collect the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested accommodation will not be secured and the hotel will not be held responsible.
